Through multistage stratified random sampling technique, the data were collected. An adapted closeended questionnaire measured at a 5 point Likert scale was administered. Validity and reliability were ensured through expert opinions and a pilot study before the actual data collection. After data cleaning, statistical  analyses were applied on 298 questionnaires in the spreadsheet of SPSS version 22.0. Results revealed significant differences in the levels of OCBs of different university teachers. Further differences on analyzing the demographic variables were observed. Practical implications of the findings can be helpful for the practitioners, policymakers, and university administration.
