CONSTRUCTING A "NEW TURKIYE" THROUGH EDUCATION: POLICIES AND RECOMMENDATIONS

In addition, the establishment of institutions like Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) and its Turkish Scholarships Program showcases Turkiye's commitment to promoting culture and education in its foreign policy.
